Software-based measurement

Smart resolution

Automatically adjusts the scan resolution based on the characteristics of the object and the surroundings before scanning begins.

Color indicators

It displays scanned and unscanned areas in different colors, helping users identify blind spots or missing data in real time, improving scan integrity and accuracy.

Real-time multiple resolution

Allow users to adjust the resolution in real time during the scanning process to match the complexity of an object, ensuring that every critical detail is captured accurately.

Flexible compatibility

Intelligent Edge Detection

NimbleTrack features an optional precision edge detection module, enabled by grayscale measurement. Users can accurately inspect closed features such as drill holes, slots, and edges, and obtain information such as positions and diameters.

i-Probe 500

It can be paired with an i-Probe tracking probe to probe inaccessible areas, such as reference holes and hidden points. This contact measurement probe can ensure accurate results with wired and wireless options.

Flexible compatibility

Its measurement range can be dynamically expanded by adding more i-Trackers so that you can measure large-scale objects without compromising accuracy.

Automated measurement

Based on the new 3D scanner architecture, we have developed a clamping method for automated measurement, making it more compatible with various types of robots. Its uniformly distributed 360-degree target arrays enable comprehensive and accurate tracking, facilitating the formation of efficient automated batch measurement systems.
