Commodity Polymers


Polypropylene is a tough, rigid and crystalline thermoplastic produced from propylene monomer. It has the lowest density among commodity plastics.

Composition: Polypropylene (PP)

Soft TPUs

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a melt-processable thermoplastic elastomer with high durability and flexibility. TPUs have properties between the characteristics of plastic and rubber. Thanks to its thermoplastic nature, it has several benefits over other elastomers are unable to match, such as excellent tensile strength, high elongation at break, and good load bearing capacity.

Extrusion temperature: 220-240 °C
Shore A levels: from 25A to 95A


Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is an thermoplastic, amorphous polymer. ABS is made up of three monomers: acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. ABS is an ideal material for structural applications when impact resistance, strength, and stiffness are required.

Composition: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

PVC is an economical and versatile thermoplastic polymer widely used in the building and construction industry to produce door and window profiles, pipes (drinking and wastewater), wire and cable insulation, medical devices, etc

Polyethylene terephthalate glycol, also known as PETG or PET-G, is a thermoplastic polyester that provides significant chemical resistance, durability and excellent formability for manufacturing. PETG is exceptionally popular for consumer and commercial applications that involve 3D printing, or other heat-forming  manufacturing techniques. PETG is a food-safe plastic commonly used for food containers and bottles for liquid beverages.

Extrusion temperature: 210 -250 °C


Polyethylene (PE) is a lightweight, durable thermoplastic with variable crystalline structure. PE is one of the most widely produced plastics in the world (tens of millions of tons are produced worldwide each year). It is used in applications ranging for films, tubes, plastic parts, laminates, etc. in several markets (packaging, automotive, electrical, etc.).

Engineering Polymers

VALOX 357U (Sabic)

VALOX 357XU is an unreinforced, UV stabilized, impact modified flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate/Polycarbonate (PBT) injection moldable grade. It has excellent chemical resistance and a UL94V0@0.75mm and 5VA@2.5mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for applications in the electrical industry including bobbins, switches, and enclosures.

VALOX 357X (Sabic)

Valox 357X Polycarbonate/Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) resin is a non-reinforced, impact modified, injection moldable grade. This brominated flame retardant PC/PBT has a UL V0 rating. Valox 357X resin is a general-purpose resin that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including bobbins, switches and enclosures.

Grilon® BK-30 is a heat stabilized, 30% glass beads reinforced polyamide 6. Possesses normal viscosity, good impact resistance, low warpage and dimensional stability. Mostly used in applications such as base plates in the automotive and electronic field. Also used in other applications such as electrical appliances, housewares, sports & leisure, tools & accessories, industry and consumer goods.

PPC 7712

PPC 7712 is an odorless, water insoluble heterophasic polypropylene copolymer grade. Exhibits good fluidity & mechanical properties, excellent impact resistance & antistatic properties. Applications include pipes, crates, heavy duty applications, pails, food packaging, appliances, crates & industrial boxes.

FL900PP-CF (Braskem)

Braskem FL900PP-CF is a specially engineered carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene made using 100% recycled carbon fiber. CF-PP has minimal shrinkage and warpage and allows users to print lightweight and exceptionally rigid parts for high-end application, such as automotive, aerospace, nautical and sports goods. Additional benefits include; high continuous use temperature, lightweight, no drying required, chemical and water resistance.

The ULTEM™ resin family of amorphous thermoplastic polyetherimide (PEI) materials offers outstanding elevated thermal resistance, high strength and stiffness, and broad chemical resistance. These materials uniquely balance both mechanical properties and processability, offering design engineers exceptional flexibility and freedom. Also available are ULTEM copolymers which support even higher heat, chemical and elasticity needs.

Nylon is a generic designation for a family of synthetic polymers composed of polyamides. Polyamides are a major high performance engineering thermoplastics class because of its good balance of properties.

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline, high-performance engineering thermoplastic. This rigid opaque (grey) material offers a unique combination of mechanical properties, resistance to chemicals, wear, fatigue and creep as well as exceptionally high temperature resistance, up to 260°C (480°F).

Polycarbonate is a high-performance tough, amorphous and transparent thermoplastic polymer with organic functional groups linked together by carbonate groups and offers a unique combination of properties. PC is popularly used as an engineering plastic owing to its unique features that include high impact strength, high dimensional stability and good electrical properties.

Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a semi crystalline hydrophobic biodegradable polyester which finds major applications as a drug delivery agent because of its cost efficiency, high toughness and biocompatibility.
