Iv\u00e1n Sardon<\/strong> and Aitor Garcia<\/strong>, former technical managers of Tumaker<\/strong> and founders of INDART 3D<\/strong> and Rub\u00e9n Garcia<\/strong>, CEO of IT3D Group<\/strong><\/a>, have led a long negotiation that has finally ended with the joint acquisition of the commercial rights of the TUMAKER brand. A piece of news that ensures and strengthens the process of international expansion started at the end of 2018.<\/p>\n

Indart 3D<\/strong>, as a manufacturer and developer of technology and IT3D Group<\/strong> as responsible for the business model and consultant for market demands for the launch of new products, make up a unique tandem in the sector. A strategic alliance whose main focus is, from the first moment, the customer.<\/p>\n

Objective Tumaker: the satisfaction of our clients<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a first step, the new stage of Tumaker establishes as a priority objective to ensure the maintenance, support and advice of customers<\/strong> who currently have brand equipment in their companies. Customers who will be able to perceive this philosophy of comprehensive service from the first moment.<\/p>\n

For this reason, and immediately, the new brand managers are committed to direct communication both with the Official Distribution Channel and with the end users of the printers. A two-way communication aimed at increasing the ties of the Tumaker community and being able to offer personalized attention to its members.<\/p>\n

As for the equipment, the first change is the implementation of a new latest generation electronics. In this way, the mechanical quality that Tumaker 3D printers have always displayed, is combined with the reliability of the most advanced electronics and the optimization of its components.
